Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our standard USPS flat rate shipping with delivery confirmation is only available in the United States.  If you are located elsewhere, please contact us, and we will provide you with shipping pricing.

 Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.  To ensure the integrity of our products, returns will be assessed on an individual basis. Sale & special order merchandise is non-returnable.  Should a refund be issued, the purchase price of the jewelry will be credited back to your original method of payment minus our shipping cost, and a 5% return fee.

For exchanges, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement cost difference, in addition to applicable shipping costs.

If you need one of our pieces repaired, please contact us for further assistance, because there may be a charge for the repairs.  Repair fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.  When returning a piece for repairs, please indicate your reason for the return, and package your jewelry safely and securely with insurance.

Please insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., because we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
